Terms and conditions

Juegalandia provides information and receives requests for the rental of bouncy castles, party extras and event services. The website is not an online shop: it does not take payments or confirm bookings online. Prices, availability, transport, set-up, duration, deposit and particular conditions are confirmed before hiring.

A request sent from the website or a WhatsApp message is not a booking. A booking is only confirmed when Juegalandia confirms availability in writing and the financial and service conditions for the event are accepted.

The final proposal will confirm, as applicable, product, availability, date, time, location, transport, set-up and collection, duration, staff, extras, taxes, deposit, payment method, cancellation, weather and any particular conditions. In case of conflict, the contract document accepted for that event prevails.

The customer must provide a suitable and safe location, sufficient access, an adequate surface, a power outlet where needed and permission from the owner of the space. Installation may require grass, anchors or ballast depending on the site. Juegalandia may refuse or modify an installation if conditions do not allow it to be done safely.

The customer must follow the team's instructions and ensure adult supervision at all times. The following are not allowed inside the inflatables:

• Shoes.
• Food or sweets.
• Face paint.
• Sharp objects or anything that could damage the material.
• Animals.

The conditions of use communicated for each product must not be exceeded. Ball pools are not water facilities.

Liability for damage, loss, extraordinary soiling or use contrary to the instructions will be determined according to the particular conditions accepted and the damage actually proven. Any deposit requested will be handled according to the contract document and will not be applied automatically without checking the condition of the material.

Installation may be cancelled, postponed or modified when weather, wind, rain, ground conditions, an official alert or any safety circumstance prevents the service. The financial arrangement and any change of date will be set out in the event proposal or contract.

Photographs show reference products and set-ups. Outdoor balloon decoration, colours, accessories and finishes may be optional and must be confirmed. Dimensions and features are those in the current product page or proposal.

Juegalandia will maintain the safety measures and obligations legally applicable to its activity. The customer must follow the instructions, report site risks and maintain adequate supervision. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights granted by consumer law or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The relationship is governed by Spanish law. Where the customer is a consumer, the jurisdiction and rights granted by applicable law will be respected.
