We may process the data a person provides when contacting Juegalandia or requesting a proposal: name, phone, email, town, event date, selected products, approximate number of guests, theme, comments and any information voluntarily included in the message.

Please do not send special-category data or information about children that is not necessary to prepare the service.

• Answering enquiries and requests for the catalogue or a proposal.
• Checking availability, location and service conditions.
• Preparing, managing and documenting a possible booking or contract.
• Handling incidents and communications related to the service.
• Complying with legal obligations and handling possible liabilities.
• Sending marketing communications only where there is a valid legal basis and, where applicable, consent.

The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the person's request, performing a contract where one exists, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interest in handling and protecting the business relationship, or consent where required for a specific purpose.

Sending a WhatsApp message opens the provider's app and service. Juegalandia never sends a message automatically without an action by the user.

Data may be processed by providers needed to deliver the service, such as web hosting, email, form tools, internal management and WhatsApp/Meta when the person chooses that channel. The safeguards and contracts required by law will be put in place where applicable.

We do not sell personal data. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes unless the person requests it or there is a legal obligation.

Data is kept for as long as needed to answer and manage the request. Where there is a contractual relationship, it is kept for the applicable legal periods. Requests without a contract are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, unless there is an obligation or legitimate reason to keep them.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Juegalandia applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No internet or messaging channel can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending unnecessary information.

Every form includes a first layer of information and a link to this policy. Consent boxes are never pre-ticked, and the marketing box is separate from the proposal request.
