We are located in Marbella, but we can also offer our services throughout the Costa del Sol.

Is there a transportation fee?

Transportation costs depend on the location of the event site.

How do I make a reservation?

Complete the inquiry form to speed up your reservation. You can also contact us via WhatsApp. We will respond soon to confirm availability.

What is the deposit amount?

Upon making the reservation, we require a deposit of 100 euros, which will serve both as a confirmation of the reservation and as a guarantee. Once the event begins, the total amount will be charged. After the event concludes, the initial 100 euros will be refunded, provided it is verified that all our products were received in the same condition as they were delivered.

How do we pay?

Deposits should be paid via Bizum or bank transfer. The total rental cost is due in cash before setup at the event.

How long is the rental?

The standard rental is for up to 4 hours, with the option to extend if desired. We request access to the venue as early as possible, but this time does not count towards your rental period. The rental time begins at the start of your event.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will gladly help you find another available date. We will always do our best to work with you to find the best solution.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the event?

Safety is our priority. If the rental is for outdoor use and weather conditions are unsafe or prevent the event from taking place, Juegalandia reserves the right to cancel the service.

In case of rain or bad weather, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the amount paid will remain as credit and can be used for a future event or a new date, subject to availability.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have comprehensive liability insurance. We can provide certificates to venues if necessary.
