We are located in Marbella, but we can also offer our services throughout the Costa del Sol.
Is there a transportation fee?
Transportation costs depend on the location of the event site.
How do I make a reservation?
Complete the inquiry form to speed up your reservation. You can also contact us via WhatsApp. We will respond soon to confirm availability.
What is the deposit amount?
When making a reservation, we request a 10% deposit of the total cost.
How do we pay?
Deposits should be paid via Bizum or bank transfer. The total rental cost is due in cash before setup at the event.
How long is the rental?
The standard rental is for up to 4 hours, with the option to extend if desired. We request access to the venue as early as possible, but this time does not count towards your rental period. The rental time begins at the start of your event.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will gladly help you find another available date. We will always do our best to work with you to find the best solution.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the event?
Safety is our priority. If the rental is for outdoor use and the weather conditions are so bad that they prevent the event, we will cancel, and it will be Juegalandia who makes the decision. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have comprehensive liability insurance. We can provide certificates to venues if necessary.
